This film maximizes the heat transfer surface area, resulting in rapid cooling to near refrigerant temperatures. Inside the plates, refrigerant boils along a computer-designed path, ensuring a high internal film coefficient and low-pressure drop. The system includes a stainless steel collection tank with built-in float valve for make-up water, maintaining consistent water levels. Recirculation pumps in the tank pump chilled water to the required locations, ensuring a steady supply of cold water. Designed with easy maintenance in mind, the unit remains fully enclosed during operation and features an optional rotating filter for added filtration. The Baudelot chiller is ideal for processes and industries requiring precise temperature control, such as dairy food, seafood, fruits and vegetables, and convenience food.
