The F – Cooler by GEA is an industrial cooling system designed to transport products through a ventilation-cooled environment, ensuring products reach the desired temperatures for packaging. The system features conveying belts and a ventilation system utilizing freon/glycolyzed water with inverter-controlled ventilators. For increased efficiency, the cooler has a collecting surface that accumulates up to 20 minutes of production, maintaining consistent temperatures and optimizing energy use. With stainless-steel construction and rinsing ramps, it facilitates easy cleaning. The openable lateral panels and inclined bottom panel improve drainage and accessibility. It accommodates cooling chamber lengths from 4 to 12 meters and belt widths from 1500 to 2000 mm. The High Efficiency (HE) version features a dedicated structure with a circular section to prevent product stagnation, enhancing overall cooling efficiency.
