Industrial cooking kettle for diverse food processing needs

In the food processing industry, achieving consistent cooking and mixing for products like ragouts, sauces, and bound soups can be challenging. Traditional methods often lack the specialized controls to handle various consistencies efficiently, leading to uneven cooking and mixing results.

Efficient cooking and mixing for multiple food products

The Traiteur kettle TRK-80 from Spako is designed to meet the diverse needs of modern food producers. The kettle features a single-walled inner kettle with electric heating elements mounted at the bottom, allowing for efficient direct heat transfer suitable for boiling, frying, and deep-frying. For thicker, water-based products like ragouts and sauces, the double-walled version with an oil wall offers optimal heat distribution. The bottom-driven stern agitator, equipped with Teflon scrapers, ensures thorough mixing and can be easily removed for cleaning. Additionally, the TRK-80 includes an electric tilting function, enabling the kettle to tilt in any desired position for better mixing or easy pouring into standard 200L containers. Optional features like a spindle grid, water supply control, and a microprocessor-controlled touch screen with up to 100 programmable settings, enhance operational flexibility and precision.
