This combination includes the HCW4 for primary packaging in bottom fold and the FPC5 for secondary packaging in flow packs. An intelligent grouping mechanism ensures that only complete product groups proceed to the secondary packaging stage, which prevents any incomplete packages. The system operates at a maximum output of 1,500 single products per minute and maintains a wrapping material speed of 140 meters per minute for secondary packaging. It is capable of handling products such as hard candies, éclairs, and toffees with or without center-filling. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a patented preheating system for recyclable mono films and paper-based packaging materials, enhancing its suitability for sustainable packaging options.
