The NP 5002 by Norden Machinery is designed for high-speed cartoning of tube-based products. Operating continuously at a rate of up to 500 units per minute, it aligns with the output of a 500 ppm tube filler. A Pick & Place unit transfers tubes from the tube filler to the cartoning system, ensuring maximum control and security. This process results in higher efficiency and perfect tubes. The machine supports the insertion of leaflets into cartons. Compliant with multiple food and safety regulations, it is suitable for packaging a wide range of products including liquid soaps, cosmetics, deodorants, hair care products, and toothpaste. The NP 5002 operates with end-load or side-load insertion modes and includes additional features such as a three-inch pitch product chain, servo motors, and digital counters.
