This high-speed dosing and stoppering system can handle multiple powders with separate 100% check weighing to ensure accuracy. It utilizes a well-consolidated vacuum-pressure filling system and an intermittent in-line vial transport system. Up to three different powders can be dosed into the same vial, making it versatile for various combinations. The machine operates at a full speed of 400 vials per minute with continuous stoppering and recirculating laminar air flow (LAF) for temperature and humidity control. Its compact design includes controlled powder containment with cRABS, providing a sterile environment and reducing the risk of contamination.
