The Universal Cutting Mill PULVERISETTE 19 from Fritsch is a high-speed cutting mill designed for fine comminution of dry, soft to medium-hard, fibrous, and plastics materials. Its variable speed of 300 to 3000 rpm allows you to adjust the rotational speed in increments of 100, fine-tuning the process for each sample type with precision. With a maximum feed size of 70 x 80 mm and throughput up to 60 liters per hour, this cutting mill ensures efficient processing of bulk and long-length materials without pre-conditioning. The mill’s Clean Design simplifies cleaning and protects against cross-contamination. It features a maintenance-free 5 kW three-phase motor with a frequency converter for stable operation, even under high load conditions. The milling chamber’s unique geometry and optimized air flow promote blockage-free operation and rapid cleaning. The PULVERISETTE 19 is also suitable for RoHS tests and can be used with optional FRITSCH Cyclone separators for enhanced sample exhaustion and reduced thermal load, making it ideal for the food, pharmaceutical, and analytical sectors.
