The Tetra PakĀ® High Shear Mixer Batch unit is designed to mix and emulsify products of varying viscosities while dissolving powders. A dynamic stator allows for high shear mixing by being pneumatically lowered, eliminating the need for multiple tanks. For very viscous products, the double shaft agitator ensures all the product comes into contact with the high shear head. Various heating and cooling systems are available, including a steam injection system and dimple jacket lining, catering to ultra-fast and gentle product heating. The unique powder valve prevents backflow and blockages, ensuring operational reliability. Capacities range from 25 to 20,000 liters per hour, suitable for industries such as dairy and beverages.
