The GMXB GRANUMEIST® from Freund is a high shear granulator and mixer designed for efficient and homogenous wet granulation of powders. It features a bottom drive mechanism and is built using GMP-compliant 316 stainless steel, ensuring robust, clean processing suitable for pharmaceutical and chemical applications. The granulator supports flexible processing with user-defined settings for mixer and chopper blade speeds, allowing for aqueous and solvent processing. An optional jacketed bowl enables precise product temperature control, and the system can also be equipped for vacuum drying for all-in-one processing. Built with ease of access in mind, it allows for straightforward maintenance, calibration, and inspection. Engineered scalability allows for processing volumes ranging from 30 liters to 1800 liters, accommodating various production needs.
