The reactor designed and manufactured by Boema S.p.A. is specialized for producing cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. These tanks operate efficiently under high pressures or vacuum conditions, featuring complex stirrers such as two counter-rotating elements. Special attention is given to surface cleanliness and finishing to ensure safety and ease of cleaning. The correct temperature is maintained through a cooling interspace on the tank’s bottom and cylindrical plating, which facilitates optimal heating fluid circulation and high reliability. Each interspace undergoes testing for up to 6 bar pressure. To further minimize thermal dispersion, heated components are covered with a high-density insulating layer within a fully welded stainless steel outer jacket. This design ensures efficient thermal management and reliability for demanding industrial processes.
