The KD7015A from Krämer is a high-performance tablet deduster that incorporates advanced technology to improve tablet quality and safety. This system integrates a metal detector by Ceia or Lock, allowing simultaneous dedusting and metal detection. Tablets are conveyed using an upward spiral mechanism with adjustable heights ranging from 250 to 1500 mm, ensuring delicate handling and consistent vibration thanks to its acceleration sensor. The KD7015A features a dust-tight window for easy monitoring and cleaning, and a 7-inch touchscreen for unified control of the deduster, metal detector, and diverter. It operates quietly at below 68 dB, ensuring a comfortable working environment. The KD7015A adheres to regulatory standards, being ATEX Zone II 2D/-Db 140 °C classified and OEB4 certified (1 μg/m³ to < 10 μg/m³) in accordance with SMEPAC. It also supports Industry 4.0 with the KC7070A controller, providing remote diagnostics and minimizing downtime.
