The High Efficiency (HE) Roller Mill from Ottevanger Milling Engineers is designed for the grinding and crushing of materials such as grain, oilseeds, and biomass. Featuring either one, two, or three stacked units with two large independently driven rollers each, this system ensures a consistent flow to the breaker rollers, which cut pellets to an optimal crumble. The breaker rollers, made from durable Hartguss material, rotate at the same speed in opposite directions, enhancing the efficiency and longevity of the equipment. The rotating feeder, which operates in two directions, allows for flexible feeding to structure rollers or bypassing them. Optional automatic roller adjustment offers precision up to 0.01 mm, while manual adjustments offer 0.1 mm accuracy. The robust design includes an oil-free transmission with double-toothed timing belts and easy maintenance access, minimizing downtime. The HE Roller Mill is suitable for various industries including animal feed production, bioenergy, and food processing.
