Kreuter’s chocolate High capacity tempering machine, provides the mechanical means and precise temperature control required to form the most desirable crystal structures and the highest quality confectionery chocolate. Processing temperatures from 28 C and 32 C are possible and machines are available with capacities from 500 kg/h and 1,000 kg/h. The system functions with a wide range of chocolate formulations and precise process control, which allows an accurate and consistent formulation of customer-specified crystal structures. Options exist for fully integrated accessories such as a buffer tank, a decrystallizer, and a cooling circuit.
