The Hanningfield Uni-Mill M60-B is designed for high-capacity production applications, particularly for milling bulk materials. Featuring a 609mm screen, it achieves throughputs up to 7,200 kgs/hr, depending on specific applications. The unit is equipped with a 15.0kW motor and standard operating speed of 480RPM, with variable speed options available. This conical mill allows operators to set the screen and impeller gap distance for optimal milling performance. It is built from 316L stainless steel for contact parts and 304 stainless steel for non-contact parts, ensuring durability and compliance with industrial standards. With a weight of approximately 475kg, the M60-B can be supplied with various mounting solutions including mobile frame, fixed-stand, hoist-mounted, or free-standing versions.
