The Chill-Flow™ Pouch Cooler by Lyco Manufacturing is a high-capacity continuous cooling system designed for efficiently chilling hot-filled soups, sauces, and other liquid food products in various pouch sizes. Unlike traditional cooling methods, the Chill-Flow™ employs a submerged water cooling technique that significantly speeds up the cooling process. The system utilizes Lyco’s proprietary Hydro-Flow® technology, ensuring gentle water agitation and consistent cooling from 130°F (54.4°C) to 80°F (26.7°C), thereby moving products quickly through the bacterial danger zone. The process is entirely water-submerged, preventing pouch damage and ensuring even cooling. Ideal for pouches as small as restaurant ketchup packs to large 5-10 pound bags, the system guarantees a final product temperature of 40°F, enhancing food safety and shelf life.
