Automates individual and multipack burger packaging
The ULMA Packaging solution is designed for the individual packaging of frozen hamburgers as well as the subsequent multipack in vertical bags. The system includes a transport and distribution mechanism for frozen hamburgers, making use of ramps and alignment guides to distribute products to different packaging lines. Six automatic flow wrappers facilitate unitary packaging in traditional pillow pack format. After individual packaging, products are transferred to a vertical packaging system via a multi-head weigher for creating multipacks. The final steps involve collecting the bags from rotary tables for distribution. This integrated system ensures smooth operation and minimized handling, enhancing throughput and reliability.
