The EOS POLAR LINE from Bertocchi is a specialized production line designed for processing both fresh and frozen products like IQF fruits and vegetables or crunched blocks. The system’s key component is the patented Thermopulse device, which partially defrosts frozen products through a mechanical softening action with a hot wavy motion. The line operates with capacities from 1 to 6 tons per hour, ensuring low energy consumption and high production yields. Processes include frozen extraction, cold deaeration, enzyme deactivation by thermal shocking, hot puree refining, and hot deaeration. This line is suitable for producing deactivated purees for applications such as fruit and vegetable smoothies, baby foods, and hot-packed purees.
