The GHIBLI fluid bed processor by IMA Active is designed to address challenges in pharmaceutical manufacturing by providing efficient drying, granulation, and pellet coating processes. Its rotating expansion chamber allows full accessibility to product filters for easy inspection and maintenance. The GHIBLI can work in high containment environments and is compatible with various filter types, including bag filters, star-pleated, or stainless steel cartridges. It is ATEX compliant, ensuring safe use with solvents, and features powder dedusting, absolute filtration, and 12-bar Pressure Shock Resistance. The processor also offers product discharge by gravity through the floor as an optional feature. Custom double fluid nozzles enhance accuracy in spraying during granulation or coating, with continuous control of liquid flow, volume, and pressure. Available in different models, the GHIBLI caters to batch sizes ranging from 66 to 1,400 liters.
