This equipment supports drying, granulation, particle/pellet coating, dry-powder layering, spray agglomeration, and hot-melt coating. It features both top-spray and Wurster coating technologies. Its mobile plug-and-play design with an optional integrated air-handling unit makes it highly portable and user-friendly for quick application switches. The inclusion of multiple interchangeable air-distribution plates allows users to select and install the most suitable plate for their product. Filter bags with a shaking mechanism ensure faster and more effective cleaning. The hinged filter-housing design reduces height and enhances mobility. Suitable for feasibility and scale-up studies, the GPCG 1.1 has a working volume range from 0.5 liters up to 4 liters.
