It features a Main Technical Unit (MTU) with an integrated air-handling unit, spray system, and control panel for seamless operation. The fluid bed module allows both top and bottom spray processes, accommodating batch sizes from 3 to 6 liters. Additionally, a high shear mixer is available for dry mixing and wet granulation tasks. The coating pan module offers interchangeable drums, including fully perforated, solid wall, and Wedge wire screen options, suitable for batches from 0.5 to 10 liters. The MYLAB ensures precise control and scalability, making it ideal for pharmaceutical development and formulation studies.
