Specializing in producing large bag sizes, it supports widths from 200 mm to 500 mm and unlimited bag lengths, making it ideal for packaging large-volume products. The system can produce up to 20 bags per minute, whether in pillow or block bottom bag shapes. Its modular design allows for easy integration into production lines and enables various options to be added or replaced quickly. With high-quality components like the Allen Bradley PLC, the FLEX XL ensures reliable and smooth operation. It features a user-friendly 7-inch full-color touchscreen for straightforward operation and quick cleaning due to its open, hygienic construction. Suitable for manual and automatic filling, this packaging solution also includes precise film transport driven by a servo mechanism, guaranteeing uniform bag lengths and reducing film waste.
