The FS 150, developed by Rychiger, is a modular filling and sealing system tailored for various types of capsules. This solution offers precise dosing, making it possible to maintain maximum product preservation. It integrates seamlessly with Rychiger’s proven technologies to handle plastic, aluminum, or biodegradable capsule materials. Notably, the FS 150 can perform punching and sealing in a single operational step using Rychiger’s ‘One stroke technology,’ ensuring high seal integrity. This system is designed for ergonomic accessibility to facilitate maintenance and cleaning, and allows for quick changeovers to adapt to different production requirements. Capable of handling up to 150 capsules per minute, the FS 150 meets the high output demands of the beverage industry. Specific dimensions include an outer unit diameter of up to 70 mm and a unit height of up to 50 mm. Power requirements are 400 VAC at 7-14 kW, with a compressed air input of at least 6 bar and nitrogen usage of 17 nm³/h.
