The DISPERMAT® SCA4-EX by VMA-Getzmann is an explosion-proof dissolver designed for production scenarios involving highly viscous substances. This dissolver handles product quantities from 30 to 600 liters and fits container sizes up to 750 liters. It meets ATEX protection class II 2G Ex h IIB T3 Gb as per Directive 2014/34/EU. The integrated scraper system employs spring pressure to keep scraper arms tightly pressed against the container walls, ensuring effective conveyance of the product towards the container center. This system is crucial for consistent dispersion and grinding processes. The dissolver comes with a height-adjustable cover, which includes a product feed system and options for LED lighting, temperature sensors, and various filling funnels. The H4 compact stand, with its telescopic and electrically adjustable height, anchors the dissolver securely to the industrial floor.
