The DISPERMAT® AE-EX dissolver by VMA-Getzmann is designed for safe operation in potentially explosive atmospheres (zones 0, 1, and 2). This range of explosion-proof dissolvers includes models with power ranging from 0.55 kW to 9.2 kW and can handle product volumes from 0.25 up to 200 liters, making them suitable for applications in laboratories, pilot plants, and production environments. The AE-EX series features three-phase motors with EEx d II B T3 ignition protection, which ensures controlled start-up and infinitely variable speeds. Each unit includes an electric height adjustment for convenient handling of containers, while the advanced C or M-EX control systems provide precise process management. Optional WINDISP© 7 PC-software allows for comprehensive data logging and control adjustments, enhancing operational efficiency and documentation quality.
