It features a two-phase starwheel-based process where bottles are sprayed with an H2O2 solution and then flushed with hot sterile air, ensuring thorough decontamination. Equipped for flexible operation, it can be supplied in standalone or combined configurations with a stretch-blow molding machine for PET bottles. A hygienic overpressured air cabin ensures a sterile environment during filling and capping, minimizing product waste and maintaining hygiene. The system can achieve up to a 3 log reduction in contamination levels, making it suitable for high hygiene standards required in ESL beverage packaging.
