The cold extraction process ensures that unwanted aromas and chemicals do not transfer to the final product. With capacities ranging from 48 tons/day to 1,000 tons/day, the Zenith Chrono can handle simultaneous processing of different product varieties and ripeness levels without quality loss. The system’s HMI allows efficient control of all process parameters, while a tube-nest exchanger with product recirculation ensures precise heating.
