The SigmaCompactor™ by SSPM is an advanced dry granulation system designed for pharmaceutical and chemical applications. It compacts and granulates powders into uniform granules using a high-pressure roller compaction mechanism. You can choose between single or twin screw designs, with one fixed and another hydraulically floated roller. The system operates through a PLC & HMI interface with recipe management. Additional features include vacuum de-aeration and water-jacketed rollers for improved flexibility and control. Available models range from RC 50×25 to RC 300×300, with output capacities between 5 to 300 kg/hr and compaction forces ranging from 2.5 to 17.5 tons. The equipment can be used both online or offline, and it can be integrated with wash-in-place systems for easier maintenance and better hygiene.
