Available in three performance ranges—500 kg, 1000 kg, and 2000 kg per batch—the mixer ensures thorough homogenization of the product and effective release of bound fat. The frequency-controlled main drives allow for minimum product residues and controlled discharge speed. The discharge screw mechanism further enhances emptying efficiency. With a cycle time of 15-20 minutes per batch and a connected load ranging from 2 x 11 kW to 2 x 33 kW, this mixer meets varying production requirements.
