Cream preparation plant for homogeneous mixing

In wafer and snack production, achieving a consistently mixed cream with a specific weight is crucial for ensuring product quality. Manual mixing can result in inconsistencies, leading to variations in taste and texture that are unacceptable in high-quality manufacturing environments.

Automate cream mixing and feeding

The Cream Preparation Plant CMA by Hebenstreit is designed for the homogeneous mixing and fully automatic feeding of cream in wafer and snack production. Ingredients are added either manually or automatically based on the installed extra features, then mixed and conveyed continuously to further processing machinery. The mixing turbine and rotating knife shaft quickly produce a light, fluffy cream with a total mixing time of 6-8 minutes, depending on the raw materials and recipe. The double-walled holding tank, equipped with a base and wall agitator scraper, ensures continuous feeding while maintaining cream consistency. The plant is available in mixer sizes of 150 and 300 liters, handles batch sizes up to 200 kg, and offers a maximum capacity of 800 kg per hour.
