Ideal for applications including bakery, confectionery, and ready meals, it can handle up to 1,000 kg/hour. Using the FRIGoDRIVE® system, the freezer eliminates the need for a center drum, minimizing jamming risks. With its hygiene-focused design, maintenance is simplified, featuring no stationary belt components to trap dirt. Options include various CIP systems and an LVS refrigeration system to optimize energy use. Available in different configurations to suit specific production needs, the GYRoCOMPACT® 40 is customizable to fit proofing processes as well.
