The ZE 24 HMI from Three-Tec is a compact and high-torque extruder equipped with interchangeable extrusion dies and an intuitive touch-panel operation. This device supports various extrusion tasks through different screw segments like conveying, return conveying, kneading, or mixing. It boasts a maximum torque of 120 Nm and can operate at temperatures up to 230°C, with an optional upgrade to 400°C. The speed ranges from 0.1 to 300 min-1, with a customizable option up to 1,000 min-1. The extruder can handle lengths-to-diameter ratios (L/D) from 20 up to 60, depending on the customer’s requirements. With a throughput capacity of 50 kg/h and a weight of approximately 200 kg, this extruder fits seamlessly into various industrial settings. The use of stainless steel for parts in contact with the product ensures durability and compatibility with different tasks.
