The COMPACT by Prefamac is an integrated table model chocolate molding system with a capacity of 15 kg. This model is designed for small-scale chocolate production, making it suitable for trade fairs, parties, and other events. The compact device features a food-grade chocolate wheel and a pearled stainless steel frame and distribution tray. The rounded melting tray eliminates the need for a stirrer, while heating is provided via an M-resistance system. The control buttons are ergonomically placed for ease of operation. A digital thermostat accurately monitors and controls the chocolate temperature, accompanied by an extra mechanical safety thermostat. The system also includes a separate vibration table for post-filling mold vibration, ensuring even chocolate distribution.
