Operating within a Class A isolator and featuring a no-touch transfer section, it ensures sterility throughout the process. The system supports various vial closures and includes a 100% in-process control check weighing function for precise dosing. Engineered for ready-to-use (RTU) vials, it offers a filling accuracy of +/- 0.5% and a speed of up to 2,500 vials per hour for 10ml/10R and 8ml filling volumes. The BABY PHILL can be integrated with vial washing machines and depyrogenation tunnels for a comprehensive solution.
