It utilizes a microporous membrane for dosing, ensuring fine, persistent effervescence without creating turbulent flows. This system calculates the exact CO2 amount automatically, adapting to variable flow rates during bottling. For higher dosing requirements, the product is stabilized in an autoclave to ensure complete gas dissolution. The process is monitored inline using high-precision instruments to meet the desired parameters. The system’s AISI 316 stainless steel structure allows for easy washing and sanitization, compatible with C.I.P. and micro-filtration systems. Full process traceability is ensured, with the option of integration with coolers.
