It utilizes a staged cleaning approach using clean water, hot water, reclaimed water, purified water, diluted acid, diluted soda, or disinfectant solutions, depending on the application. This unit is a monobloc design with capacities ranging from 500L to 3,000L, allowing for versatile cleaning needs. The CIP system is equipped with storage tanks heated by electrical resistances, a dosing pump for cleaning media, a sanitary pump for high-flow washing, and an integrated power cabinet. The system complies with cGMP standards and includes a touch screen control with specialized software. Optional features include an FDA-validatable design, versions for ATEX zones, and different heating methods such as steam.
