The SWITCH ULTRA Enrobing System from Prefamac is designed for industrial chocolate enrobing and coating. It consists of a primary structure with interchangeable chocolate tanks and baths. This modular design allows you to switch seamlessly between different chocolate types for diverse end products. Made entirely of pearled stainless steel, the system includes dual grill conveyors, a double curtain for even chocolate distribution, and a removable tank (20 to 220 litres) with a mixing arm and cover. Key features include adjustable speeds for various functions, a central control panel or PLC control, and compatibility with both real and compound chocolate. Optional features can be added such as additional removable tanks, blowers with speed regulation, heated detailers, and lick rollers. Suitable for processing biscuits, waffles, donuts, and truffles efficiently and consistently.
