The R200 Legend by Selmi is a chocolate enrobing belt designed to work seamlessly with tempering machines. This system features a three-section coating belt installed on a tilting trolley, allowing for efficient chocolate dripping aided by mechanical vibration. An adjustable air blower controls the chocolate flow precisely. Electronic control of coating speed ensures consistency, while the optional extra allows for partial coating of the product base. Mechanical controls can halt or move the support paper, making this enrobing belt highly adaptable for various coating requirements. The R200 Legend operates at 220 V single phase with a power requirement of 0.5 Kw, and it measures 1800x410x1250 mm. It’s compatible with Selmi’s Legend, Plus EX, and Futura EX tempering machines.
