The Sollich bottom coating system, available in types BM 6 and BT 6, is designed for pure bottom coating and pre-dipping during subsequent full coating. Utilizing a patented bottoming device with a counter-rotating bottom roller, the system ensures uniform enrobing thickness. An adjustable licking roller creates a consistent bottom texture, while a patented de-tailing device eliminates the need for straps, enhancing ease of maintenance. The BM 6 model offers external temperature control, whereas the BT 6 includes built-in turbo temperature control. With working widths ranging from 620 mm to 1300 mm and a total length of 0.95 meters, this system meets high standards of quality, hygiene, and easy operation typical of SOLLICH equipment.
