Its unique double inclination at 15° relative to the rotation axis ensures effective mixing, rotating the bin both clockwise and counterclockwise. The electromechanical locking system maintains the platform horizontally during loading and unloading phases and at the end of each processing cycle. With its highly technological design and easily inspectable and cleanable structure, the Bin Blender is composed of a carbon steel frame anchored to the floor, an AISI 304 lifting platform, and a motor gear unit for bin rotation. Conforming to cGMP and safety regulations, it includes magnetic sensors and photoelectric barriers for passive and active safety. The unit is controlled by a PLC system, offering variable rotation speeds between 4 rpm and 20 rpm. Capable of handling bins and containers of various sizes and shapes up to a maximum load of 2000 kg, this blender is suitable for all powder handling processes demanding homogeneous mixing.
