The Big Bag Unloading Station by INOXPA is designed to support the weight of BigBags vertically while providing a hopper for the contained raw materials. It incorporates a block-and-tackle lifting and transfer system for maneuvering the BigBags, ensuring ease of operation. Various components such as rotary valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, endless screws, vibrators, extractors, and sifters support material transport through vacuum or positive pressure systems. The station is available with options like ATEX control units, safety guards, and pneumatic vibration systems to optimize material flow. Designed for handling materials like flour, sugar, and salts, this unit can unload up to 2.5 tonnes per hour with a rotary valve or up to 1,450 kg/h with an endless screw.
