Align and place sausage portions automatically
The Cabinplant sausage depositor is designed to automatically align and place sausage portions into trays. It operates alongside a multihead weigher and is positioned directly above a thermoforming or tray sealing machine. The system includes various formats to accommodate different tray dimensions. The portions are first discharged into a horizontally moving transfer trolley, which has compartments corresponding to the trays in the thermoformer. The product is then aligned in a vibrating unit before being transferred to vertical tubes that turn 90 degrees and move to a horizontal position, ensuring precise placement into each tray. This process minimizes re-work and reduces labor costs, making it ideal for meat and convenience food industries.
