The HOT-FILL DOS 3 by JOM is an automated system designed to improve safety and efficiency in the dosing of hot foods, such as purees, soups, and sauces. The system minimizes direct contact with 90° hot products, reducing occupational health risks. It sucks the product directly from kitchen kettles and uses a touch screen to set portion sizes and dosing speed, ensuring uniformity and workflow optimization. An automatic bag machine seals bags after filling, while a small conveyor transports packed meals, reducing the need for long-distance lifting. The HOT-FILL DOS 3 also includes a fully automatic CIP cleaning program, which dispenses and uses cleaning and disinfecting agents to clean all internal parts. The temperature alarm ensures dosing occurs at the correct temperature. Constructed from stainless steel for easy cleaning, the system can dispense doses ranging from 1 kg to 4 kg HOT-FILL bags. It requires a 400 Volt power supply and is designed for robustness and long-term use.
