The Aseptic Filler EA 2C SV NUOVA from Tropical Food Machinery is designed to safely and efficiently fill a wide range of liquid food products including fruit juice, puree, sauces, yogurt, and milk. The system utilizes two aseptic filling heads with steam sterilization, working alternatively to ensure optimal product recirculation and temperature control. Integrated with PT100 probes and a flow meter, it guarantees precise dosage and consistent sterility. All operations, except for positioning the aseptic bag, are fully automated and controlled via a PLC microprocessor, which manages sterilization, filling, C.I.P. washing processes, and error management. Its user-friendly HMI touchscreen allows easy monitoring and control. Designed in compliance with FDA certified safety parameters, the system fits various bag sizes, ranging from 3 to 20 liters, with capacities reaching up to 3500 Kg/h for 20-liter bags.
