<h2>Multi-use shrink sleeve tunnel for standard containers</h2>
The Karlville HeatPro system utilizes hot air which is heated and conducted inside the tunnel through two or four independent temperature zones. Ambient air passes through 12 or 24 electric heating elements in each zone, allowing three possible temperature settings at each stage.
This simple electrical system achieves an average speed of 30 to 40 bpm, depending on the product specifics, and can achieve an effective shrink height of 250 mm.

The Karlville Startec machine consists of an applicator head integrated inside an existing labeller frame with a non stop reel feeder to keep the labeller running when a change of roll is required.
Drive is taken from the exit star wheel of the labeller, thus no conveyor is required and the equipment has no footprint on the line.
Tamper evident sleeves are cut and applied onto the necks of the containers before shrinking to shape in a heat tunnel. The Startec applicator can sleeve bottles of height 80-350 mm with cap diameters of 20-55mm at 600 CPM.

The Karlville Steambox Lab has been designed to reproduce the shrink sleeving process using powerful progressive steam pulverization along the container height.
Integrated inside a suitcase, it is the first portable shrink chamber that enables live testing for presentations, development and training purposes. The electrically powered stainless steel cabinet features its own inbuilt control and management system that monitors pressures, temperatures and water levels throughout the operation.
For PVC, PET, PETG, OPS and PLA, the Steambox Lab functions in the range 80º to 95º C to fit containers up to 330 mm.

Design and development of shrink sleeves could be made much easier if small batches of samples could be quickly and easily tested. Karlville's Stemabox makes testing auto-steam shrink systems easy.

The Karlville Steambox Pro simulates the shrink tunnel process by using a progressive steam pulverization system along the container in a transversal movement.
It comes with a unique auto-steam shrink system that fits in a compact stainless steel case of 800 mm square by 1800 mm.
An integrated boiler achieves temperatures of up to 95 deg C for the perfect shrinking of 1, 2 or 4 containers of PVC, PET, PETG, OPS or PLA at speeds anywhere from 50 - 200 bph.

The Karlville SteamTec offers a premium solution for all market players, thanks to external ramp adjustment and process control down one side of the unit. Available in 2 or 3 metre tunnel lengths, there are 5 steam pipes on each side.
Able to process up to 250 bpm, the SteamTec features micro holes that produce smooth and homogenate fog. Steam consumption is 100 to 350 kg/hr dependent of application, with angular pipe adjustment and nozzle rotation at every stage.
A sleeve height of up to 380 mm can be applied to containers with maximum dimensions of 170 mm diameter and height 400 mm.

The SteamPro Tunnel is Karlville's conventional tunnel solution, which allows customers to apply shrink sleeves to multiple types of containers, thanks to its fully adjustable pipe system within the 2 or 3 meter tunnel.
Within individually controllable zones, each separate pipe can be adjusted to match the contours of the bottle and the nozzles can be aimed at a particular angle towards the bottle. Flow control is achieved by dual spherical valves or steam skid with temperature and pressure control.
Bottles of up to 160 mm in diameter, or widths of 350 mm, can be processed, with an effective shrink height of 300 mm.

For over 30 years, the Karlville Tampertec product line (300 and 600 bpm) has provided dedicated technology for tamper-evident sleeve applications.
Based on a positive &amp; exclusive pick and place transfer system, or direct shooting thanks to the cutting head inclination, the sleeve application is smooth, positively progressive and accurate. The key is in the Scheidegger Technology continuous motion process of film feeding, folding, and cutting.
Up to 1 000 bpm can be achieved, with one single head, and with only 5/10,000 un-sleeved units this means 99.5% efficiency. Customisable to client applications, the Tampertec can apply sleeves on 8mm to 85mm product diameters.

<h2>Automatic lid placement and sealing with width and height adjustment</h2>
The Denester from CMI Industries is designed for automated placement and closing of metal lids used on paint, glue, and solvents containers.

The Denester features several innovations that improve your line efficiency, including optional electric height and width adjustment for rapid product changeover, ideal as a replacement for manual or semi-automatic lidding.

Lids are stacked vertically, then automatically denester and placed on the container. A pneumatic cylinder stops filled containers in the right place, and photocells ensure that lids are not released unless a container is present. Similarly, the container is held in place if no lid is detected in the denester, holding the line until the stock of lids is replenished.

Once the lid has been placed, the container is released to the closure station, where pressure is applied to seal the top.
