The SigmaCombo by SSPM is a combination of sifter and miller designed for specific pharmaceutical applications. Equipped with a pneumatic conveying system, it ensures efficient loading of materials into the blender bin. Operable via PLC, colour touch screen, or manual push-button control, it covers four key processes: sifting, milling, conveying, and blending. The device features detachable sieves and sifters, along with an impeller swapping facility in the co-mill, facilitating high throughput. The equipment also complies with regulatory standards such as GMP, FDA, MHRA, and PICS. Constructed with SS 316 for contact parts and SS 304 for non-contact parts, it has an output capacity of 250 kg/h, with various sieve size options available.
