The Kreuzmayr washing and grinding system is designed to prepare fruits and vegetables for further processing. The fruits and vegetables are emptied into the washing container and thoroughly cleaned using a food-safe plastic conveyor belt with continuous speed settings. This belt transports the produce upward, where they are cleaned again with water from spray nozzles before being transferred to the fruit grinder. The system includes various models such as the KWEM 1000, KWEM 2000, KWEM 3000, and KWEM 5500 models, each equipped with unique features like grass/leaves collecting filters, air blowers, and automatic start-stop functions. Key advantages include stainless steel construction, low maintenance, and ready-to-use delivery. Specific capacities range from 2000 kg to 5500 kg with corresponding power ratings, making it suitable for applications such as apples, pears, quinces, and carrots.
