Vision-based robotic feeding system
In high-speed packaging environments, managing disordered product streams efficiently is essential. Ensuring accurate product placement within the packaging chain requires precision and reliability, especially for manufacturers dealing with diverse product formats.

Automate product feeding with integrated image detection
The Vision Picker, designed by Theegarten-Pactec, is a robotic feeding system equipped with an integrated image processing unit that identifies product positions within a disordered stream. Once detected, robots seamlessly pick and place approximately 140 products per minute into the continuously running feeding chain of the packaging system. This technology supports various product formats, providing flexibility and rapid adaptability. The system allows for alternative feeding methods, including manual feeding or direct connection to the production line. Easy access is ensured through swivelling guard doors, ensuring straightforward maintenance and operational reliability.
