Automate powder and pellet feeding operations
The SFG vacuum hopper loader from Zeppelin Systems is designed for the automatic feeding of extruders, processing machines, containers, and storage silos with powders and pellets. It features a high-performance bag filter with compressed-air cleaning that ensures clean operation and easy maintenance. The filter is a single unit that includes the filter plate and hoses, simplifying replacement when switching products. All parts in contact with the product are made from stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygiene. The loader has an electro-pneumatically operated sealing cone, filling-level control at the base skirt, and easy access to filter elements. Fully pre-piped and pre-wired for control, the SFG is equipped with an electrical control system and large filter surface across its wide outlet cross-section. It operates within a temperature range of -10 to +80°C and handles pressures from -0.5 bar to +0.05 bar (g). Optional features include continuous conveying via a discharge feeder, special filter materials, aeration nozzles for arch-forming materials, and compatibility with ATEX zones 2/22, 1/21, 20 (interior).
