The RS 613 by Risco is a vacuum filler with an inline grinding system, specifically designed for processing a variety of coarse and dry sausage products, such as cured and boiled sausages. This filler ensures high product quality with excellent density and particle definition. It features a continuous and automatic suctioning system that minimizes downtime and enhances production efficiency. The RS 613 is equipped with a Risco control panel with icon-based monitoring and control, capable of storing up to 100 different programs. The 350-liter hopper and 450-liter loading tank ensure large batch processing, and the model supports connections to automatic clipping machines. Detailed features include a production capacity of 6,500 to 11,000 kg/h, filling pressure up to 60 bar, and 17 kW installed power.
