The Franz Haas TCM Turbo Cream Mixer by Bühler is designed to mix various fat creams with over 30% fat content, particularly suited for wafer fillings. The mixer uses a jacketed tank to mix and temper ingredients, ensuring the right cream consistency. With a water jacket capable of both heating and cooling, the system can handle the solidification of liquid fats. The mixer achieves homogenous cream within minutes, and its design allows the chamber to be emptied automatically using compressed air after mixing. For easy cleaning, the mixing tank can be heated to dissolve and remove any residue. The system can also be scaled up by combining two mixers in tandem for larger production volumes.
